For Buyers/Builders/Developers:

•Frequency: 4-12 messages per month (varies based on deal flow and preferences)

Consent & Opt-In

By opting into this SMS program, you provide your prior express written consent to receive automated text messages from Source Lots at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of listing your property (sellers) or submitting offers (buyers).

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

•Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message
•Contacting us at the support information below
•Updating your notification preferences in your account settings

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may opt back in at any time by texting START or updating your account preferences.

Quiet Hours
